The main coffee growing region in Laos is the high elevation Bolaven Plateau, which has volcanic red earth soils in which the coffee plants thrive.

Tasting notes include cigar tobacco and herbs. This coffee is grown at an elevation of 3,300 feet just south of the Salavan region border in a field at the top end of a waterfall. Coffee from Laos is preferred over the similar Sumatran coffees because its flavor is consistent from one harvest to the next, bringing the same unique flavor year round only found in this country. Our Laos Coffee is bold, yet smooth, and has a lingering, crispy end note. If you have a french press or percolator, choose Medium Coarse Grind to bring out the Music!

Ingredients: 100% Arabica Coffee, Grown in Laos.

All of our coffee is fresh roasted, when you order, leaving the natural oils and aromas intact and sealed in resealable packaging to ensure maximum freshness. - a premium product sure to please any coffee lover.

Laos is a Southeast Asian country traversed by the Mekong River and known for mountainous terrain, French colonial architecture, hill tribe settlements and Buddhist monasteries. Vientiane, the capital, is the site of the That Luang monument, where a reliquary reportedly houses the Buddha’s breastbone, plus the Patuxai war memorial and Talat Sao (Morning Market), a complex jammed with food, clothes and craft stalls. Laos is bordered by Burma and China in the north, Vietnam to the east, Thailand to the west, and Cambodia to the south.
