This enjoyable cup offers sweet and savory flavors that are both intense and unique. Light acidity with a marinara sauce essence. It has a really nice body throughout with a tomatillo and lime aroma, that brings out the basil flavor. It has a bold note forward and smooth from start to finish. It was reviewed at 93 points and won Bronze in November, 2019. One reviewer describes this coffee as, "Richly sweet-savory, vibrant. Kenya Kikuyu Tribe Coffee is grown in volcanic loam; sourced from family owned farms organized around the Gura Factory (wet mill), in Nyeri County, Kenya. It's processed on fully washed and dried on raised beds. The Othaya Kikuyu Tribe Farmer Co-Op Society manages the Gura Factory, which processes coffee from members who generally cultivate around 250 coffee trees on half-acre plots.
All of our coffee is fresh roasted, when you order, leaving the natural oils and aromas intact and sealed in resealable packaging to ensure maximum freshness. - a premium product sure to please any coffee lover.
We roast different coffees on different days. Please expect to receive your coffee 7 to 10 days after ordering. We ship the next morning after roasting and you will receive it within 3-4 days of it's roast date. If there is a delay, you will be notified.
