OK, say it, We're copycats! We've copied the recipe for the blend named "Best Espresso in the World" at the World Barista Championship, Japan 2007. It holds initial tastes of sweet dark chocolate and orange citrus and later gives a syrupy sweet taste of wine-like berry and spice.
In the competition, this espresso won the honor over 45 competing countries. Smoky's Smooth Espresso features three legendary beans, Brazil Yellow Bourbon, Sumatra Lake Tawar, and Ethiopian Yirgacheffee Natural. Each roasted separately then blended together for the peak of flavor.
